How to Order Your Custom Hat

  1. Choose Your Hat – Select the style & color you’d like.

  2. Personalize It – Enter your dog’s name.

  3. Tell Us About Your Dog – Provide the breed or mix of breeds to help us create the illustration.

  4. Upload a Photo – Submit a clear, front-facing image of your dog's face. Make sure the photo accurately represents your dog; side-angled or blurry images make the illustration process difficult.

  5. Approve Your Illustration – Within 2-5 business days after purchase, you’ll receive an email with your custom illustration. You can request one revision if needed. If we can't achieve a design you love, we’ll issue a full refund at this stage.

  6. Receive Your Hat! – Once approved, we’ll create your custom hat and ship it straight to your mailbox.

Amazing hat

This hat is the best. Not only does it help show the love I have for my corgi, but it is a great fit. I have an unusually large head (I have to order helmets for skiing and horse riding online to get the right size) and rarely buy hats as the sizer is barely hanging on to make it fit. This one fits with lots of room to spare AND doesn’t sit way above my ears! I sent pictures to everyone to show a hat that finally fits and shows off my dog!
