How to Order Your Custom Hat

  1. Choose Your Hat – Select the style & color you’d like.

  2. Personalize It – Enter your dog’s name.

  3. Tell Us About Your Dog – Provide the breed or mix of breeds to help us create the illustration.

  4. Upload 2 Photos – Submit 2 different clear, front-facing images of your dog's face. Make sure the photos accurately represents your dog; side-angled or blurry images make the illustration process difficult.

  5. Approve Your Illustration – Within 2-5 business days after purchase, you’ll receive an email with your custom illustration. You can request one revision if needed. If we can't achieve a design you love, we’ll issue a full refund at this stage.

  6. Receive Your Hat! – Once approved, we’ll create your custom hat and ship it straight to your mailbox.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Being that this product is completely custom based on your personalized type, please allow us 3-9 business days to produce your hat. After production, the transit time varied from 1-5 business days.

We have been operating our sister company SYMMETREE for over 7 years, designing and producing apparel geared towards the outdoor lover. We are a family owned and operated company where we proudly design, embroider and screen print all of our products in-house here in South Florida.

We will ship your item in 1-9 business days. Once shipped the transit time is another 2-5 days before delivery.
