How to Order Your Custom Hat

Choose Your Hat – Select the style & color you’d like.

Personalize It – Enter your dog’s name.

Tell Us About Your Dog – Provide the breed or mix of breeds to help us create the illustration.

Upload a Photo – Submit a clear, front-facing image of your dog's face. Make sure the photo accurately represents your dog; side-angled or blurry images make the illustration process difficult.

Approve Your Illustration – Within 2-5 business days after purchase, you’ll receive an email with your custom illustration. You can request one revision if needed. If we can't achieve a design you love, we’ll issue a full refund at this stage.

Receive Your Hat! – Once approved, we’ll create your custom hat and ship it straight to your mailbox.

Quality is amazing
I got this for my mom for Christmas. She loves taking my dog for walks, so I knew this would be a perfect gift for her. The hardest part is still holding onto it until Christmas! She is going to love it. The design is great, and ordering is very easy. After order is submitted, the company sends an email with a proof of the image if you want to make any changes. I highly recommend!

I love it! I would order more if you had more colors like purples or distressed earth tones and, most importantly, a “low profile” cap that would fit women better. The dad style is ok but really kinda big for me.
